These terms and conditions are exclusively for DiamonFire jewellery and products sold in the United Kingdom, by their appointed agents and referred to as DiamonFire UK. Please read them carefully as they may have been amended to comply with national legislation or to reflect changes incorporated to improve or enhance the customer experience. In these Terms and Conditions:
“We” and “Us” means DiamonFire Jewellery
“You” means the person using the website.
By using the website you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, or if you are under 18 then you are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian. You are welcome to browse the website for your convenience on any devise and at any time that the material is available. Copying or in any way duplicating information or images from the website is prohibited.
If you wish to place an order you will need to provide your actual name, a phone number and email address registered to you personally. You will also be required to make payment using a valid credit or debit card registered to you at your home address or a valid credit or debit card you have the owner’s permission to use all or any of which must be issued by a UK bank or recognised financial organisation registered in the United Kingdom. Alternatively, you may use PAYPAL.
By placing an order and providing payment details you are agreeing to authorise Somers Distribution to transmit information to a third party for the purposes of authenticating your identity, home or delivery address and to validate the credit/debit card submitted.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website due to the individual limitation of your local internet service. From time to time access will be limited or suspended to allow for maintenance and updates. We are constantly striving to enhance and improve the customer experience and will do our utmost to keep any interruptions to a minimum. We reserve the right to suspend the website, or remove product(s) without prior notice if; we are required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control, unable for whatever reason to offer products or services via the internet. We cannot guarantee that the website is free from computer viruses. It is your responsibility to take precautions in this respect.
MOTHER'S DAY PROMOTION
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one code can be used per order placed, with a maximum order limit of £1,000. Each code will apply to your entire basket. Treat codes are only valid if you have created an account and are signed in.
At DiamonFire we understand that privacy is important and we treat any information you chose to give us in complete confidence. Diamonfire will not sell your personal information to any third party.
We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the latest industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. When you place an order you are agreeing to us collecting personal information such as your name, email address, contact numbers, shipping and billing addresses to enable us to fulfil your order.
We reserve the right to pass any information received through the website we believe to be fraudulent, in connection with criminal activity or unlawful to the Police or relevant authorities.
Any activity deemed to be illegal, indecent or menacing will be reported to the relevant authority. Communication that is soliciting, contains spam or viruses, or that is considered to be detrimental in any way to the web site or its legitimate users is prohibited and such activity will be seen as a serious breach of these terms and conditions.
MAKING A PURCHASE
If your order is successfully processed, you will receive an email notification as your proof of purchase.
All products are delivered within 3 working days from receipt of order, free of charge to an address within the United Kingdom. For faster delivery please call the hotline on 01788 866012. All the items displayed on the website are part of our current collection unless otherwise marked and available from stock. However, from time, either due to high demand or the shortage of a particular ring size, deliveries can be delayed. You will be notified by email if for any reason we cannot complete your order within 7 working days and a full refund or exchange item offered.
Discontinued or sale items are subject to availability at the time that we receive your order. They are sold with the DiamonFire guarantee and subject to our regular terms and returns promise.
All shipments to a United Kingdom delivery address qualify for free postage. If for any reason you decide to return your purchase it is not company policy to refund your postage. Please make sure that you wrap the jewellery in protective packaging and obtain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for jewellery which either does not arrive or is damaged on arrival. Should you request an exchange you will not be charged additional postage, subject to our normal terms.
DiamonFire jewellery is manufactured to the highest quality standards using the finest materials by skilled craftsmen. Customers are requested to care for their DiamonFire jewellery in exactly the same way that they would treat fine jewellery.
DiamonFire guarantee their jewellery to be free from faulty workmanship and components. The DiamonFire guarantee does not cover accidental damage however caused, excluded from the guarantee are; lost stones due to damaged settings. Contact with chemicals including but not limited to face and body creams or medication, fragrance, soaps or lotions. Due to the unique and exclusive finish on every DiamonFire piece, the guarantee is null and void if there is evidence of repair or alteration other than by an authorised DiamonFire repairer.
Should your DiamonFire jewellery need to be repaired please return it for an estimate of the cost. We can also offer a complete refurbishment or part replacement depending on availability. Please see the ‘contact us’ details for the return and repair of your special jewellery.
Here at DiamonFire we want you to be completely happy with your jewellery choices. If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewellery selection you can return it, unworn, in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Worn jewellery cannot be exchanged and will be returned if not received with the original box. See Contact Us for the return address.
Due to the exclusive multi-layer Rhodium, Palladium and Platinum plating DiamonFire jewellery and rings cannot be re-sized. Rings are available in the following sizes (nearest UK size in brackets): 16 (K), 16.5 (L1/2), 17 (M1/2), 17.5 (O), 18 (P), 18.5 (Q1/2) & 19 (R1/2). If you would like to exchange your ring for one of the sizes listed (outside the normal exchange terms) there will be a charge equivalent to 50% of the current selling price.
DiamonFire jewellery is designed by Burkhard Muller, his daughter and their dedicated design team (see the Burkhard Muller story) the same today as it has always been – uniquely for you to gift and own. The name DiamonFire, the design and the logo are protected by copyright. Do not under any circumstances copy or reproduce the designs, name or logo style in any format. If you wish to use the DiamonFire logo, please ask using the Contact Us page giving full details of what it is intended for.
Your misuse of any trademark or image displayed on the website, or any other content on the website, is strictly prohibited except where permission has been requested and granted in writing.
